How does the Verdonce Gift Card work?
The Verdonce Zero Waste Gift Card is a digital only card. It will be delivered directly to your chosen friend or family member by email with a unique code that they can redeem in our online shop.
How to purchase a gift card
- Choose the amount (€15, €30, €50)
- Enter the email address of the recipient (your friend or family member)
- Add your name and write a short message (optional)
- Select a delivery date
When your order is placed, a unique gift card code is generated. Depending on the specified delivery date, the code will be e-mailed to the specified recipient(s):
- Within a few minutes, if the gift card was purchased for immediate delivery.
- On the specified date, at roughly the same time, if the gift card was purchased for delivery at a future date.
How to redeem a gift card
Once a gift card code is generated, the person with the code can:
- Use the code to pay for orders by entering the code directly at checkout.
- Redeem the gift card by adding it to their Verdonce account for later use.
Any remaining balance will be stored and can be used at a later date for full or partial payment. This is perfect because the our gift cards do not expire.
