Verdonce offers free UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping on all orders above €70/£70 (and on certain marked products) to all EU countries and to the UK.
For customers in mainland Spain we offer free shipping on all orders over €50.
For all orders less than these amounts, or outside these zones we offer the following rates:

We send your order by UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping. We estimate 2-5 business days for delivery after dispatch. Orders will be dispatched the next business day after order received and you will receive a tracking number to trace your parcel.
Free shipping on all orders above €70 and certain products marked as Free shipping next to the price (all Tote bags and Aprons).

We send your order by UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping. We estimate 3-5 business days for delivery after dispatch. Orders will be dispatched the next business day after order received at the latest. We charge UK VAT and there are no additional taxes or duties to be paid.

We send you parcel by UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping. We estimate 4-7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Canary islands, Ceuta & Melilla
We do not currently offer delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla.
We always endeavour to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, but please be aware are not able to dispatch orders on the weekend or public holidays.
We package your orders in unbleached, recyclable cardboard boxes being careful to use the smallest one possible. To seal your parcel we use paper adhesive tape which is a good alternative to plastic tape.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

Customs and international import charges
Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Any item purchased online can be returned by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if it is not to your liking or complete satisfaction. We offer a very simple no quibble returns policy.
Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition with their original packaging. Please make sure the item is not visibly used, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. The extent to which a you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
To return any product you must contact our customer services by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Upon receipt of this email, Verdonce will instruct the User on how to send the order to its offices

Postage and handling of returns
Returns are at the customer’s own risk and responsibility. Verdonce does not collect returns. When returning products the cost of the return will be borne by the customer who will also arrange and manage the necessary shipping service.
The customer is responsible for the item returning to us, please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the security of the contents during transit back, we cannot be held responsible for exchange or refund if reasonable steps are not taken. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Occasionally we may offer free items with your purchase. If you are returning your item for a refund any free item(s) must also be returned at the same time.
Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded under the terms established in the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) using the payment method chosen by the customer at purchase.
Cancellation of orders
If orders are cancelled before goods are dispatched no costs will be incurred. Order cancellations after dispatch will be governed by the provisions for returns.
