These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made by Verdonce.
The Terms and Conditions below define the rights and obligations of Verdonce and the Users within the framework of the Web Site. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Web Site (without prejudice to certain services being subject to specific terms and conditions) and to the placing of orders through the Web Site and replace any other terms and conditions, save by prior written agreement between Verdonce and the User.
The Terms of Service together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Spanish law and the relevant courts of the Kingdom of Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Pricing
The prices published on the website are in Euros. All our prices carry VAT included at the applicable rate on the day of the order; Any change in the VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of our products for sale on the website.
The offers on products for sale on the web will be displayed on the product page. Offers will be valid as long as they are shown on the screen or, if applicable, until the end date of the offer shown on our website.
Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
3. Payment and order acceptance
We accept the following payment cards and methods on our site:

Payments for all orders are taken on completion of the order, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.
By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.
We will process your payments securely via the Stripe payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely on Stripe’s secure servers.
We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
4. Product descriptions
The data included on the Web Site in each product description, with their photographs, graphic or iconographic depictions or videos, as well as their trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any description, have mere information purposes. Therefore, Verdonce waives any liability resulting from errors in said information, but undertakes to make its best efforts to correct the said errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed thereof.
5. Shipments
We deliver worldwide using the Spanish state postal service (Correos) in Spain and DHL Parcel for international orders. Verdonce will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
The delivery times vary depending on location. We aim to dispatch the same day your order is placed. Orders placed after 5pm will usually be dispatched the next working day. Orders to the EU and UK usually take 3-5 business days but we can’t guarantee this. Orders to the rest of the world can take 14 – 28 days to arrive after dispatch.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
6.1 Returning products
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Please just make sure;
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your request to return.
- Products are returned to us in perfect condition.
- The packaging must be intact as we would love to sell the item again
6.2 Process
To return any product you must contact our customer services by sending an email to hello@verdonce.com within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Upon receipt of this email, Verdonce will instruct the User on how to send the order to its offices

6.3 Handling returns
Returns are at the customer’s own risk and responsibility. Verdonce does not collect returns. When returning products the cost of the return will be borne by the customer who will also arrange and manage the necessary shipping service.
The customer is responsible for the item returning to us, please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the security of the contents during transit back, we cannot be held responsible for exchange or refund if reasonable steps are not taken. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Occasionally we may offer free items with your purchase. If you are returning your item for a refund any free item(s) must also be returned at the same time.
Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded under the terms established in the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) using the payment method chosen by the customer at purchase.
6.4 Cancelling orders
If orders are cancelled before goods are dispatched no costs will be incurred. Order cancellations after dispatch will be governed by the provisions for returns.
8. Warranty
According to the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) the products have a legal guarantee of 2 years from their delivery date. The consumer must inform Verdonce of the lack of conformity of the product within two months of having knowledge of it.
The consumer has right to a product repair, replacement, price reduction or the termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions in the legally established terms.
The guarantee does not cover the damages caused by a misuse or ordinary wear of the product.
During the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the term of the guarantee is suspended. To make any claim based on the product warranty, contact our after-sales service by sending an e-mail to the following address hello@verdonce.com
9. Changes
Any changes we may make to these Terms & Conditions in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Intellectual property rights
Usage of the Verdonce site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.
Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Verdonce.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in respect of any matter arising hereunder.
